The Summer Holiday destination will be the old favourite – Eastbourne, somewhere we have visited many times before, a unique place where everybody loves to go back to again and again. Its elegant town (brilliant for shopping), Victorian Pier (although currently undergoing renovation since the recent fire, it still remains open) and Carpet Gardens are all within easy reach of the seafront promenade.
The Hadleigh Hotel is sister hotel to The Haddon Hall Hotel and is owned and run by the same family. To those of you who have travelled with us before to Eastbourne, we stayed at the Haddon Hall on our previous visit.
The Hadleigh is perfectly situated, just minutes’ walk from the Grand Parade, Eastbourne’s main seafront promenade. It has 62 attractively furnished bedrooms, all offering the usual en-suite facilities and hospitality tray. All floors are serviced by a lift and entertainment and dancing can be enjoyed in the ground floor lounge. The entertainment is shared between the Hadleigh Hotel and the Haddon Hall Hotel. The Haddon Hall backs onto the Hadleigh, which is a 2 minute walk away.
